I’m a Chartered Financial Planner with over a decade of experience in the financial services industry. My professional journey began in a different field—after studying at Queen’s University Belfast, I earned a Master’s degree in Pharmacy and qualified as a pharmacist in June 2009. While working full-time in that role, I pursued my interest in personal finance and passed the Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice with the London Institute of Banking and Finance (LIBF) in October 2011. Building on that, I achieved my Level 4 Diploma in Financial Advice from the LIBF in December 2013.
After practising as a financial planner for five years, I decided to further deepen my expertise by attaining Chartered status...
In July 2021, I completed the LIBF Level 6 Advanced Diploma and was awarded Chartered Financial Planner status.
I’m passionate about helping clients understand their finances clearly and confidently. I avoid unnecessary jargon and strive to explain financial planning in straightforward terms. My clients tell me they appreciate the calm, honest, and tailored approach I bring to our work together. I care deeply about achieving the best possible outcomes and always take the time to understand each person’s unique circumstances, goals, and values.
My areas of specialism include bespoke financial planning for high-net-worth individuals, pre- and post-retirement planning, pension consolidation, Defined Benefit Pension advice, group pension schemes, investment strategies, inheritance tax planning, and protection planning such as income and life cover. I also work with businesses to deliver corporate financial planning and protection solutions.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my partner and our three young children—whether that’s taking them to their sports clubs or enjoying time outdoors making memories. When I get a quiet moment, you’ll often find me playing guitar, listening to music, reading, or occasionally getting out on the golf course.
